By submitting this application, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. Selection Process

Submitting an application does not entitle you to participate in the beta testing programme. Nerio Defense AB will review all applications and select participants at its sole discretion based on criteria including, but not limited to, the information provided in this form.

2. Confidentiality

If accepted, you agree to keep all aspects of the beta software confidential. You may not share screenshots, features, functionality, or any other information about sweTAK with third parties without prior written consent from Nerio Defense AB.

3. No Warranty

The beta version of sweTAK is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Nerio Defense AB makes no guarantees regarding functionality, reliability, or availability. The software may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nerio Defense AB shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the beta programme or use of the beta software.

5. Feedback and Intellectual Property

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding sweTAK become the property of Nerio Defense AB. You grant Nerio Defense AB a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use such feedback without compensation or attribution.

6. Termination

Nerio Defense AB may terminate your participation in the beta programme at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the beta software.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

By submitting this application, you consent to Nerio Defense AB collecting and storing the personal data you provide. This data will be used for:

• Evaluating your application
  Administering the beta testing programme
• Contacting you regarding beta testing activities
• Follow-up communications related to the programme and product development

Your data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting Nerio Defense AB.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
